About delivery
Delivery Time
Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered. Please check each product detail page for more information.
For pre-order items, delivery will be made after the release date.
※For products for which no shipping time is specified on the product detail page, we will typically ship within 10 business days (approximately 10 days, excluding weekends, national holidays, New Year holidays, and summer holidays) after confirming your order if payment is by credit card, or after confirming your payment if by convenience store payment or Pay-easy payment.
※Please note that this refers to the "shipping" date, not the "arrival" date. The actual delivery time will vary depending on your location and transportation conditions.
※If you order products with different scheduled shipping dates at the same time, all products will be shipped together according to the latest scheduled shipping date.
※For goods sold at concert venues or other events, shipping may take more than 10 business days depending on stock availability.
Please note that delivery may be delayed for the following reasons:
・If there is a high volume of orders
・If the product is temporarily out of stock
・If delivery is impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・If product production is delayed
・If there are deficiencies in your order or payment, such as over/under payment
・If shipping operations are temporarily suspended due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or long weekends
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent as a support update. Please check it.
Clicking the "View Order" button in the email will take you to a page displaying the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site, where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in via "My Page" and check the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from your "Order History."
Shipping Carrier/Delivery Method
Delivery will be made by either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
※We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts, etc.
※We cannot accept orders for delivery to a shipping carrier's office, post office, or convenience store.
Consolidation/Split Shipping
We cannot process consolidation or split shipping for products after an order has been placed.
Products ordered at the same time will be shipped together once all products are available. Products ordered separately will be shipped separately.
Shipping Fees
Domestic shipping within Japan
Standard shipping: 990 yen / Okinawa only 2,200 yen (tax included)
Nekopos: 550 yen (tax included)
International shipping
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check on the payment page.
※Our store uses DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
If customs duties, import taxes, and taxes (VAT) are incurred after the package arrives in the destination country/region/state, you may be responsible for these costs upon receipt.
※Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated in the destination country/region/state.
※Customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.
Receipt
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the undeliverable notice left by the delivery company to complete the receipt of your product.
If you do not pick up the product within the storage period, it will be returned to Tatsuya Kitani ONLINE STORE.
Please contact us via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
Your order will be canceled if two months have passed since the return.
※As a general rule, refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
※You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for re-shipment.
※If there are repeated cases of refusal to receive, long-term absence, or re-shipment due to customer's convenience, we may restrict your use of our services. Please be sure to receive your products.
